Tracy Vestby is a talented and passionate insurance professional specializing in farm and commercial insurance. While entering the insurance business later in life, she greatly enjoys meeting new producers and business owners and finding an insurance program that protects their long-term investment in their business. Tracy has an extensive understanding of what producers need in their insurance. She has a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba. Her family’s roots run deep in farming in the south-central part of Manitoba.
Tracy is married with three grown children. In her personal time, she enjoys attending sporting events, travelling, singing, and reading.

Wayne Esau has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. He first received his license at 18 years old and spent a few years learning the industry. He then spent a few years building livestock barns and installing farm equipment but was drawn back to insurance. Wayne specializes in Farm and Commercial insurance. In his spare time Wayne enjoys skiing in winter and camping/ fishing in the summer, preferably with his wife Debra, and their grown children.

Crystal Lanz was born and raised on a grain and cattle farm in Springside, Saskatchewan. After graduating from high school, Crystal pursued a career in the insurance industry specializing primarily in farming operations. She has had roles in underwriting, business development and most recently a managing partner at our Lakestone Insurance branch in Alberta where her passion is insuring farms of all sizes and operations.
Crystal is currently a director on the IBAA board and calls Sylvan Lake, Alberta her home. You can find her outdoors with her family when the sun is shining or at her local yoga studio.

Darren Peters is a talented and passionate insurance professional who has thrived in this increasingly fast-paced industry for over 30 years. He brings a wealth of experience, having worked and volunteered in many different roles within the industry. has over 30 years of insurance experience and holds a Certificate in Risk Management, as well as a Fellowship of Insurance. His diverse experience includes over ten years working for three different three different insurance companies, along with 20 years of experience working as a licensed insurance broker. This has included working as an owner and Chief Operating Officer of an independent brokerage. As a brokerage owner, Darren expanded and grew his expertise in the area of professional liability insurance, eventually insuring and leading training sessions for virtually all of the independent engineering and architectural firms in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
Darren has committed a considerable amount of time to volunteering both inside and outside the insurance industry. He spent several years on the Board and completed a term as President with the Professional Liability Agents of North America (PLAN), and similarly spent several years on the Board of Directors of the Insurance Brokers Association Of Manitoba (IBAM), including a term as President. Outside of the industry, Darren has always been active in promoting the community within which he resides. He has served as a previous board member of Entrepreneurship Organization Manitoba Chapter and as a layperson on the Professional Interior Designers Association of Manitoba, and also spent a number of years serving as Board member/chair for the Youville Centre dedicated to youth and diabetes support.. Darren also spent many years volunteering as a coach for Manitoba Special Olympics.
Darren is married with two sons aged 13 & 16. In his personal time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing, running, biking and kayaking and in the winter snowmobiling and cross-country skiing.
